All paid orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and domestic public holidays) from our office in Poland. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with a shipment tracking number.

You can view the shipping options available for your address, their exact cost (calculated individually for every country based on total weight) and ESTIMATED delivery date either in the shopping cart before checkout, or during the checkout, right next to the shipping option.
In case of PRIME Exprès and Registered Priority, last mile delivery will be handled by your local postal service (e.g. Deustche Post, PostNord, PostNL, USPS, Canada Post, NZ Post, etc...).
All offered shipping methods come with a full tracking, with a small exception in case of the Registered Priority: after the package leaves the country of origin, the tracking will be updated again once the package has been accepted in the destination country, so don't be alarmed if you don't see any updates.
While estimated delivery times are based on the history of all international shipments we have fulfilled so far, please remember that these are only ESTIMATES. We can't predict any setbacks caused by random events, customs inspections, staff shortages, etc. Such delays, though rare, are beyond our control.
We offer free shipping via the cheapest available delivery method to:
- Europe – min. order value: €149 VAT incl.
- Rest of the world – min. order value: $139

No lost packages so far! 🎉
If you suspect that your package got lost, please wait at least 4 weeks and a bit to be sure something is amiss. In case of DHL, 2 weeks is enough time to have a cause for concern. If nothing has changed after that time, don't hesitate any longer and contact us at email@example.com or by using the contact form. Don't worry! In case it really is lost, we will of course re-ship the order or provide you with a full refund, depending on what your prefer.
Customs duties and taxes
For orders to countries in European Union (EU), VAT (the European sales tax) is already included in all prices listed in our store. You won't be charged with any additional costs upon receiving your package.
Orders to countries outside the EU may be subject to customs duties, which are the responsibility of the buyer. The exact amount will depend on the local laws of your country, state, or province.
Please pay with Stripe if you can, PayPal fees are horrendous! 🙏
We use Stripe and PayPal to collect payments. During checkout, you will be redirected to a page hosted by the payment processor to securely complete the transaction. No card information is sent to the shop, so you can rest assured all your data is safe.

- SEPA Direct Debit
