Returns
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a contract of sale concluded remotely without giving any reson withing 14 calenday days from the day on which the delivery of the goods took place.
To meet this deadline, it is sufficient that you inform us about your decision by a clear statement sent via our contact e-mail address: [email protected]. You can formulate the statement by yourself or use the withdrawal form provided by us.
In response, you will receive by e-mail an acknowledgement of receipt of the statement and a return address to which you will send the goods properly secured and packed. Put the order number visibly on or inside the parcel to make it easy for us to identify it.
Within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your shipment, we will refund you using the same method of payment you used for the purchase (unless you have explicitly agreed to a different method of refund that does not incur any costs for you).
